Booking & Appointment Terms

Appointments at Second Skin Aesthetics are scheduled specifically for each client. 

Once a booking is confirmed that time is reserved and prepared for your consultation or treatment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee equivalent to the reserved service.  Deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if adequate notice is provided.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to allow sufficient time for other clients. In these circumstances, the full-service fee may still apply.

Medical aesthetic treatments require complete and accurate health information. Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and recent procedures before treatment. Second Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.
