Booking & Appointment Terms

Appointments at Second Skin Aesthetics are reserved exclusively for you. When you book, that time is removed from our schedule and prepared specifically for your treatment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee equal to the booked service.

Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a future appointment when adequate notice is provided.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect other clients’ time. In these cases, the full service fee may still apply.

Medical aesthetics treatments require accurate health information. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and recent treatments prior to your appointment. Second Skin 

Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.
